2. Use of this site

The content and tools on this site are provided free of charge, without registration, for informational purposes. You may read, print, and cite this site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, or present it as the output of another organisation.

The interactive tools run in your browser. Answers you enter are not transmitted to us and are not stored.

3. Educational and informational use only, not legal, regulatory or compliance advice

HumanAudit Inc. is not a law firm, an accredited certification body, or a registered auditor, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory or compliance advice or creates a professional or attorney–client relationship. We do not issue certificates and cannot certify any organisation.

Content reflects Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, and the related standards named on each page, as at the review date shown. Regulatory positions change and you should verify current requirements against primary sources. We make no warranty or guarantee of regulatory approval, certification, audit outcome, or compliance certainty.

Third-party names, standards and marks are the property of their respective owners; reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement. This site is independent and is not affiliated with the European Commission, the AI Office, CEN, CENELEC, ISO, IEC, Microsoft, or any national or state government.

3a. Division of responsibility

Where HumanAudit produces documentation for an organisation, deliverables are first-draft work product. Your counsel interprets them, your team validates technical accuracy, and you retain final sign-off. That is the correct division of responsibility and we do not blur it.

Content on this site is labelled verified fact, expert analysis, practical recommendation or unsettled, so you can see which is which. Editorial standards → To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for decisions taken in reliance on this site.

4. Documentation licensed before August 2026

Documentation packs were previously sold from this site and were withdrawn from sale in August 2026. Withdrawal from sale does not withdraw rights already granted. For licences purchased before that date:

• Perpetual licences granted on a one-time purchase remain in force according to their original terms, including internal use rights within the purchasing organisation.
• Annual white-label licences remain in force for the balance of their paid term. They are no longer available for renewal from this site.
• Documents are provided as they stood at the date of licensing. They were last revised in June 2026 and therefore pre-date Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, which entered into force on 27 July 2026. Licence holders should treat them as requiring revision and should contact us for the current position.
• Rights granted do not extend to resale as a standalone product except where a white-label licence expressly permitted it.

5. Third-party rights

ISO, IEC and CEN standards are the copyright of their respective bodies. We describe what requirements ask for; we do not reproduce standard text. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 are published by the European Union; the authentic text is that published in the Official Journal.

This site is independent and is not affiliated with the European Commission, the AI Office, CEN, CENELEC, ISO, Microsoft or any EU institution. Third-party names are used to identify those organisations and their published requirements.

6. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be noted with a date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

7. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. In short: analytics only, no email gate on any tool, and no lead capture from the interactive assessments.
