| 3 Aug 2026 | Article 4 was flagged as an open verification item. Resolved: Article 1, point 5 of Reg. (EU) 2026/1744 replaces Article 4 in full, softening the duty from ensuring a sufficient level of AI literacy to taking measures to support its development. A new Article 4a was also inserted. |
